What are some foods or drinks that you can consume to cause you to go into labor ( if you are pregnant )?

Foods that are supposed to make you go into labor in a certain amount of time Just trying to help a friend out.. she has a LARGE babby and they were going to induce tuesday if she does not go into labor by then. She just wants to have her baby already. She was trying to find some foods or drinks. She's afraid to use Castor Oil because she's afraid she will poop in the hospital bed.

Spicy foods. Like a big bowl of chili or some good mexican food!!! Stuff like that is an ol wives tale that I've heard helps you to go into labor.

Nothing that I know of. You should go see your doctor instead of trying to induce yourself it could harm you or the baby.

Spicy foods are supposed too help, eat like whole red peppers.

It's nasty, but if you take a spoonful of Castor Oil it will put you into labor... it depends on the person, I guess as to how fast you go... two of my friends did this... one went into labor within 3hours.... the other didn't until 10pm after taking it in the morning... some ppl think it's an old wive's tale, but it works.... it's just really gross and it will probably make you throw up!!! Depends how bad you want to go into labor!!!

no-no, Please don't eat any peppers Eat chinese food or Indian food such as curry also you can drink spice tea that would do it PROMISE!

castor oil isnt a good idea. just wait till its time or get induced under medical care
